4th of July Vendor Sign-up

If you sell any kind of goods and are interested in doing so at the parade please sign up below! Tables/Spots are $20 each, as this is a fundraiser for Ossipee Concerned Citizens and its programs. We will accept cash, check, or credit/debit cards on the day of the event, or you can pay on PayPal including a $.60 processing fee :) https://paypal.me/OCC03   Thank you! 

Safety and Conduct Guidelines

• Setup and Take Down: Vendors are responsible for their own setup and take down. Setup can begin at 7:00 AM and must be completed by 9:00 AM. Take down can start after the parade concludes, and the area must be cleared by 5:00 PM.
• Waste Management: Vendors must keep their area clean and dispose of all trash in the designated receptacles. Please bring any necessary cleaning supplies.
• Conduct: All vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the event without refund.
• Insurance and Liability: Vendors are responsible for their own insurance. The event organizers will not be liable for any injuries, theft, or damages to personal property.
• Weather Policy: The event is rain or shine. Be prepared for weather conditions and bring necessary coverings for your goods.
